Each team includes a woman to assist with packing/unpacking personal items, such as intimate belongings, underwear, jewelry, children's items, and to address all personal client needs.

At Bee Moving Prague, the price is based on a base rate per cubic meter (1 cbm), where each additional cubic meter is not a multiple of the base rate but an addition of a proportional amount. This approach is more accurate and advantageous for the customer compared to hourly rates, and it also helps eliminate disputes when the planned time is exceeded. Packing is not done under time pressure; fragile items are packed in multiple layers to reduce the risk of damage.

Packing materials are charged separately after the move. Materials that are returned undamaged are repurchased at half price. The amount is immediately deducted from the payment for the service.

Each team has a leader who oversees the move and communicates with the client. The leader introduces the team members to the client and, before the moving process begins, conducts a walkthrough of the entire property, focusing on the walls, corners, and floors. The leader ensures that the floors and internal stairs are properly covered.

A detailed inventory of the items being moved is created during packing, in either Czech or English.
